Florida's Constitutional Amendment 2 is on the Nov. ballot! Amendment 2 defines marriage as "one man, one woman" AND outlaws any couple's rights outside legal marriage. 

Amendment 2 will prohibit civil unions and

ban all domestic partner benefits - permanently!

RDC wants you to get the facts & tell your family & friends.  Everyone needs to get involved in the effort to defeat this irrevocably destructive change to our state Constitution..

California legalizes same-sex marriage: for now...

The opinion: 

"...we cannot find that retention of the traditional definition of marriage constitutes a compelling state interest.  Accordingly, we conclude that to the extent the current California statutory provisions limit marriage to opposite-sex couples, these statutes are unconstitutional."
